For many organizations, they may have seen the news around Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and wondered - is it right for me? And if so, what does this truly entail?
The short answer is if you don't already have Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), then RCA is your path forward as it's no longer sold by Salesforce as of March 2025.
If you do currently have it, I think that long-term RCA is the better solution for those looking to mature their use of Salesforce vs. what’s available in CPQ - especially for those with eCommerce applications, renewal flows, or wanting simpler contract management.
